How do I turn it on?

NEBULITE LED clothing and bags use different controller generations. The cable, controls and app must match your particular model.

Check power and the original cable

1. Charge the powerbank or power source supplied or specified for your product. Connect it using the original cable intended for that model.
2. Activate the powerbank's output according to its instructions. If your controller has a separate on/off control, switch it on.
3. Check that the original cable is fully connected to the controller and power source. A USB-C cable does not connect directly to a round power socket. Do not force a connector or try an adapter with an unverified voltage or polarity.

Use the app for your controller

The correct app depends on the controller generation. Follow the app information supplied with your product or printed on the controller. If the connected app provides power and brightness controls, check that the lights are enabled and brightness is above zero. Do not choose an app solely because the product looks similar to another NEBULITE model.

Tell us which original cable and power source you are using. If you have already contacted us, we will use your existing messages and photos rather than ask you to send the same information again.
